RW Yates was established in 1954 as a Metal Fabrication Company. The company designed the quality Fencemaker Fencing range.

The company quickly developed into a diverse metal fabrication company offering a wide range of quality Metal Fabrication products. As a market leader in fencing in South East Queensland, RW Yates saw the need for rapid turnaround powder coating company to complete the fencing range. In the early eighties powder coating and more recently sandblasting were incorporated.
